Examination reveals:
- No clear-cut
abnormality
- Some difficulty in active
abduction of the shoulders but there is a full range
of motion
- Otherwise examination of the
locomotor system is normal.
- In particular, there was no
evidence of muscle wasting, weakness or tenderness
- Nor was there joint swelling.
